Service terms.

What the service does

FolioBeacon keeps a durable, inspectable copy of an explicitly selected Notion scope and provides a previewable, additive recovery path in the same connected workspace. It does not promise a byte-for-byte clone, universal Notion feature parity, cross-workspace recovery, permission restoration, legal hold, or a contractual RPO/RTO.

Your responsibilities

  • Connect only a workspace and content you are authorized to access and protect.
  • Keep account access and connected-workspace permissions under your control.
  • Review scope, coverage limitations, recovery conflicts, and the final destination before authorizing writes.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful content, abuse, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass Notion limits.

Plans, trial, and billing

Trial, plan, price, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and grace-period terms are shown at checkout and are controlled by the payment provider’s verified events. A browser success page does not itself grant access. The service may pause new captures when payment, storage, workspace authorization, or safety conditions do not permit a truthful successful result.

Recovery and limitations

A recovery is not complete until the destination is read back and verified. Items limited by Notion, unsupported, conflicted, partial, stale, or ambiguous remain visible and may block completion. Existing workspace content is not silently overwritten or deleted by the current recovery path.
